Ok, maybe after reading that first part you probably thought "Well...ugh! How inconsiderate!" Glad you clicked that 'Read More' button. What I was trying to communicate to you was this: I am more interested in what you are going to do today. Let's break things down a bit, shall we? So I recently attended a free live stream done by Tai Lopez titled "The New Rules of Money: The 6 Unbreakable Laws of Wealth". I'm not necessarily trying to become the next CEO of a multi-billion company, but I am trying to take relevant knowledge and put it into practice. And one of the many things that I did take away from this live-stream and have been asking myself daily is the very first question I asked you: What is your one day goal?
Let's quickly backtrack...it is important to have goals, they help you move forward. I personally don't like to have 5 or 10- year goals per se, rather 5 or 10- year visions. Why you ask? Well because you just don't know if you'll even be alive that long, I mean there is no guarantee. Change is inevitable, and mortality is most definitely inevitable. So I opt to use the word vision, because it gives you a mental image of what your future can look like, a lifestyle. I've always believed so. I think the real question, and what you should be more interested in asking is what are you going to do now, here in the present. So when you feel discouraged because you see your goal, dream, vision too far, impossible, unattainable, unachievable -- just remember, take baby steps. What you do today will shape your vision. So grab your walking shoes and ask yourself "What is my one day goal?". "Hey, I tell you when you got a made up mind, even the winter time feels like summertime..."
