Have you ever been asked a question where you can only choose between two choices? But you are reluctant to pick either one, because you don't completely embody, agree, or come to terms with one or the other. Well that's me. Why do I have to only like black and not white?... why do I only have to only like white and not black? Why can't I like grey? I mean, some things just depend.

Body language, it says a lot about a person, about you. It communicates what you're feeling or thinking. So how about we use it to change our minds, behaviors, and outcomes. Skeptical? Well... I see how you can be.
Funny how everything relates to perspective. If you view stress as something helpful, as if your body is prepping you to take on whatever it is that's eliciting your stress response, than your body will actually believe you. So just think whenever your heart is racing and you're breathing faster, the body is preparing for action!
"I love failing!"...said no one ever! But unfortunately it's something that happens constantly, and guess what...it's not something that's magically going to disappear. We're human. Yeah I know, bummer. But we can choose to learn from it, accept it and move on. It's easier said than done of course, like a lot of other things. Trust me, it's something I struggle with, and I think we all do at one point or another.
Let's start off from where it all started. A Friday afternoon, the 24th of April 2015 to be exact.
