One of my best friends Christina, had invited me to go with her to visit her home, Switzerland, some time back. When she did, we were both in university, and of course I was on that broke student budget, so of course I did not have the finances nor the the vacation time to go on a fancy European adventure. Sadly I had to let that opportunity pass me by, bummed as I was, there was no way I could go. 😔 But as I say, when things have your name on it, things always work out in your favor. Christina was going back to Switzerland! Christina invited me once more, and I basically shouted over the phone "YES, I AM COMING!" 😂 And just like that I did! I was in a way better place. At this point I had already graduated from university, held a big girl job, and had the time to go. Don't ever try to force things to happen, because they never work out the way they should. Let things happen effortlessly. This time around it was effortless, everything fell right into place. To make this post short and sweet, I'll finish by saying this: it was two and a half weeks worth of unforgettable experiences with great friends, Christina and Peter! And for that I am grateful! I could go on, trust me I could go on, but I won't. Instead, if you see me, ask me to tell you all about my epic trip to Switzerland and Italy in late April, and I will more than happy tell you all about it over a cup of coffee, pictures and all! Some things are just better this way. ☺️😊 Here is a little tidbit I quickly made on a video app, which by no means does the trip justice, but nevertheless, gives you a quick glimpse. Enjoy!
